I have been surprised and shocked that many brigades do not appear to have a copy or even know about it. It is after all the foundation of the existence of member brigades that are constituted under the Fire Service Act. I have a copy of ours which I have digitized. Maybe some one in the UFBA can answer this question: why are we looking at the Rules of association before we sort out the agreement of service?
